MELBOURNE, AU (October 21, 2024) – American band Bad Omens have announced their highly anticipated return to Australia in January 2025. Supported by multimedia artist and visionary Poppy and alt-metal outfit House of Protection, Bad Omens will bring the 'goodbye, friend' tour down the east coast of Australia, with shows in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.

Off the back of their highly acclaimed LP ‘Heavy Jelly’, released on July 19 this year, and embarking on their first headline tour in six years, the band is set to ignite venues across Australia this summer with uncompromising, full-throttle intensity.

In 2010 Josh van Cuylenburg, was ridiculed at a party for his attempts to write music, and as an act of vulnerability Josh committed to trying again – writing and performing his first ever solo work ‘we were here’ as part of The Imperfects 2023 live tour. Today he announces he’s playing live in Melbourne at Northcote Social Club, a full show of yet to be written original tunes…he’s terrified. But it’s happening.
