Guy Williams & Ray O'Leary nominated for MICF Awards
MELBOURNE, AU (Wednesday, April 19, 2023) – Two of Live Nation’s New Zealand performers GUY WILLIAMS and RAY O’LEARY have both received nominations during this morning’s announcement of the 2023 Melbourne International Comedy Festival Awards for Most Outstanding Show and Best Newcomer.
Announced earlier today on the steps of the Melbourne Town Hall, Guy Williams is one of ten nominees for the 2023 Melbourne International Comedy Festival Award for Most Outstanding Show for Comedy Plus Time Equals Tragedy (NZ).
Ray O’Leary is one of five nominees for Best Newcomer – for a solo performer or group of performers doing their first Festival show, for Everything Funny All The Time Always (NZ).
As the Festival enters its final five days, Guy and Ray’s shows are two of the most applauded and talked about shows of the month.
Winners will be announced this Saturday, with the Festival closing on Sunday 23 April.
