Chicago-Born R&B star Ravyn Lenae returns for headline Australian tour this May
MELBOURNE, AU (MAR 24, 2025) – Ravyn Lenae, the Chicago-born LA-based artist, is bringing her R&B, alternative neo-soul and avant-pop musical stylings to Australia on her headline tour this May. For the first time in six years, the singer-songwriter will grace our shores, with stops in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.
Live Nation pre-sale* commences Wednesday March 26 at 9am and concludes on Thursday March 27 at 9am.

Ravyn Leane will kick off her tour of Australia at Sydney’s Opera House, appearing at VIVID LIVE, on May 25. She’ll then take her show to Brisbane as part of Open Season 2025, performing at the Tivoli on May 27 before heading to Melbourne’s Northcote Theatre on May 28. In Perth, Ravyn Lenae will perform her final Australian show at the Rechabite on May 30.
Ravyn Lenae emerged in the latter half of the 2010s with a trio of EPs that explored a dynamic range of sounds, from house to synth-funk. Her 2018 EP Crush, led by the breakout single “Sticky,” marked a major turning point in her career. In 2022, she released her critically acclaimed debut album, HYPNOS, via Atlantic Records, with production from Steve Lacy, Monte Booker, and Kaytranada.
Her sophomore album, Bird’s Eye, arrived in August 2024, executive produced by GRAMMY winner Dahi. Rooted in reflections on home, the project showcases Lenae at a more confident and assured state than ever. Bird’s Eye earned widespread praise from NPR, Pitchfork, and Rolling Stone and was named one of Billboard’s Top 10 R&B albums of the year. The year also saw Lenae take the stage for high-profile TV performances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
