Ticketmaster and the Australian Turf Club to release the first Australian racing digital collectible

16 March 2023, MELBOURNE, AU —  In partnership with the Australian Turf Club (ATC), Ticketmaster has announced the launch of the first Australian racing digital collectible, backed by NFT (non-fungible token) technology, to celebrate Longines Golden Slipper Day on March 18th, 2023.

The release of the ATC digital collectible will coincide with the Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival, one of Australia's most prestigious horse racing events. Available exclusively with the purchase of tickets to Longines Golden Slipper Day, once redeemed the collectible can be viewed on Ticketmaster's digital collectible marketplace.

This digital collectible will be a first for the Australian Turf Club and the Australian horse racing industry. The collectible will feature a unique design inspired by the iconic Longines Golden Slipper Trophy and will be the first of a range of digital collectibles made available for Sydney racegoers.

Ticketmaster’s digital collectible marketplace is one-of-a-kind, with a simple and easy way for fans to access digital collectibles, all through their Ticketmaster account. With no third parties involved, fans won’t need a separate account or to share any extra details.
