Moshtix Unveils Market-First Solution for Venues and Event Organisers
Moshtix has announced the launch of a first-in-market solution, free of charge, to solve marketing campaign attribution and reporting woes for venues and event organisers.
Recent changes in how platforms handle data, including the removal of third-party cookies and stricter privacy rules, are making it harder for event organisers to track accurately how digital advertising campaigns drive sales.
Moshtix’s new marketing enablement integration solves this issue, giving venues and event organisers access to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat Conversion API integrations via a self-service tracking function. The integration has been built in-house, giving Moshtix the ability to offer this free of charge, making this a first-of-its-kind offering in the Australasian ticketing market.
Harley Evans, Managing Director of Moshtix Australia & New Zealand, said: “Moshtix is excited to be the first in market to offer this Conversion API integration. We understand that our clients face the challenge of needing to maximise their digital marketing investments while keeping pace in a competitive landscape. That’s why we have introduced the Conversion API integration for our venue and event partners at no added cost. Our self-service tools are designed to empower our clients, providing them with greater performance and clarity in analysing which campaigns are contributing to their ticket sales. Our products will continue to support our venue and event partners in achieving their goals.”
While pixel tracking still serves a purpose, Moshtix has now future-proofed this decline and bolstered advertising performance. This new marketing solution will extend tracking and reporting power on advertising via third-party platforms without relying on traditional cookie-based methods or costly integration solutions.
Conversion APIs create direct connections between the Moshtix website and the servers of ad platforms like Meta or TikTok to enable better attribution of marketing and to complement the measurement of regular browser pixels.
This update to Moshtix’s offering follows a streak of new features and integrations released this year including TikTok and Shazam integrations, improvements to Moshtix Insights reporting capabilities including live scanning data, and self-service pixel management.
